About the Role:
V's Barbershop is looking for a skilled and passionate Barber to join our team in Campbell, CA! This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your craft to a welcoming environment where talent is valued and clients leave looking and feeling their best.
Responsibilities:
- Perform precision haircuts, fades, tapers, and trims for a diverse clientele
- Provide straight razor shaves and beard grooming services
- Consult with clients to understand their desired style and deliver exceptional results
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation in compliance with health and safety standards
- Build and retain a loyal client base through outstanding customer service
- Stay current with trending styles, techniques, and barbering best practices
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and professional shop atmosphere
Requirements:
- Valid California Barber License required
- Proven experience in barbering, including fades, clipper work, and straight razor shaves
- Strong knowledge of hair types, textures, and modern styling techniques
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage appointment flow
- Portfolio or references demonstrating barbering skill preferred
